Sinead is a local therapist, her focus is on working with the individuals that make up the community surrounding her, nourishing the community from the inside out.

Sinead blends her skills of counselling and bodywork to offer treatments that allows you to connect back to yourself and find a state of balance.
Sinead supports her clients to connect back to the innate healing wisdom of their bodies. Placing emphasis on the importance of educating and having a strong self care practice to maintain a state of equilibrium between sessions.

Sinead provides Ayurvedic Abhyanga oil massage, organic massage, Counselling and other services to support clients in their journey to a balanced state. Available for Adults and children. Family packages available.

ŚIŚU ABHYAṄGA (INFANT/CHILD)
An ancient Āyurvedic practice that brings you back to yourself and
supports your body’s innate wisdom of absolute health.
Using organic medicated oils to nourish your tissues deeply,
working with the subtle energy points of the body(marmas), specific
strokes dependant on the season and your constitution.
Calms the nervous system, stimulates the lymphatic system,
eliminates toxins as the oil pulls toxins from deep tissues of the
body, lubricates joints, decreases effects of aging, increases
deeper sleep, improves immunity

ORGANIC MASSAGE
A combination of deep tissue and relaxation techniques are
used with my intuition that gently guides me when I work with
your body meeting you where you are currently.
Using organic oils to nourish your skin.
Releases muscle tension, nourishes tired and sore muscles,
releases aches and pains, relaxes your nervous system,
increases range of motion, and create space in the body.

SERVICE/OTHER OFERINGS This offering is always evolving, as it is shaped by what the community needs at any given time. Working with you and your family, and meeting you where you currently are. This can look like meal support*, cleaning*, product packages, counseling/mentoring, and skill development* for you to continue to support your health between appointments. *These offerings are usually paired with another so you can support the entire family.
